Seasonal Golf Passes are valid every day of the week except during non-municipal events. Passes are valid between April 1st and March 31st of the following year. Passes must be paid for in full by April 1st using cash, check, money order or credit/debit card at the golf course or Municipal Building. Passes will not be issued until paid for in full. Any holder of a Pass not purchased by April 1st will be required to pay regular greens fees. In the event of a medical condition, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis following the approval of an official doctor's note.

"Student" is defined as an individual attending a full-time accredited college up to and including 22 years of age. Must be off course by 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. Cannot begin play until 2:00 p.m. on weekends. Passes effective between June 1st and Oct 1st.

To be eligible for private golf cart use, the owner of the cart shall purchase a qualified Seasonal Golf Pass at Sylvan Heights Golf Course. Private golf cart use fees must be paid in full on or before April 1st of each year.
